Case Study: Goodman Property LED Upgrade Program

Since 2022, Paul Stoddart has overseen the large-scale upgrade of more than 100 Goodman Property warehouses and distribution centres as part of the organisation’s strategic transition to LED lighting. The program supports Goodman’s corporate sustainability objectives and positions its assets for future NABERS ratings and potential Green Star accreditation.

The Energy Practice delivered a fully integrated program, including:

Outcomes
​
The upgrade initiative has been hailed as a major success. All projects were delivered on budget and ahead of the 2026 upgrade deadline, achieving energy savings of up to 70% across the portfolio. The program has not only reduced operational costs and improved lighting performance but has also strengthened Goodman’s overall sustainability position.
